Privacy Policy

SongDawg Designs ("we," "us") operates songdawgdesigns.com and related tools used to run this business, including internal tools that connect to marketplaces such as eBay to manage our own product listings.

Information We Collect

When you use this site, we may collect: contact form submissions (name, email, message), newsletter signup (email address, via MailerLite), and order information when you make a purchase (name, shipping address, email, phone — processed via Snipcart and Stripe). We also use Google Analytics to understand site traffic.

How We Use It

We use this information to respond to inquiries, fulfill and ship orders, send order confirmations and receipts, and — only if you opt in — send occasional newsletter updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate this business: Snipcart and Stripe (checkout and payment processing), MailerLite (email newsletter), Netlify (site hosting), and Google Analytics (traffic analytics). Each of these has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.

Marketplace Tools

We use internal tools that connect to our own seller accounts on marketplaces such as eBay through their official APIs, solely to create and manage our own product listings. These tools do not access, collect, or store personal data belonging to other marketplace users.
