Returns & Shipping Policy

Physical Products

You have 30 days to return a physical item. For a standard return, the buyer pays the return shipping. We will issue a refund, or store credit if you prefer — your choice.

Personalized Items

Items engraved or personalized for you can't be returned, since they're made just for you. If I make a mistake on your personalization, I'll take it back and make it right.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we cover all of the shipping, including the return. Contact us and we'll make it right with a refund or store credit, your choice.

Digital Downloads

Digital files (STL, SVG and similar) can't be returned once they've been downloaded.

Shipping

Physical items ship from Santaquin, UT. Orders typically ship within 1–2 days, and most orders arrive in about 5–7 days. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Digital files are delivered right after checkout.
