3D printable laser engraving jig designed specifically for engraving felt and suede hats with professional precision. Features clamp cutouts to hold material in place and removable feet for a wider, more stable footprint when needed. Built for the xTool D1, also works with most laser machines that have a large enough bed. Updated design (gen3) with seam supports, optional push pins, and platform holes to anchor the jig to a solid base if desired. Dimensions: 420mm x 420mm x 165mm (height); opening size 205mm x 175mm. Legs can be secured with 10M x 1" hardware (optional); seam supports require 5mm x 25mm fastener and nut. Use a 45%+ support threshold or manually add supports to keep the dowel holes round. Designed to fit most standard hats used for engraving. File included: STL (single leg and foot, clone/slice to size). Digital download only — no physical product will be shipped.
