The physical, ready-to-assemble version of the popular digital hat engraving jig — laser cut from 6mm MDF pegboard, heavy duty and ready for shop use. Ships with minor assembly required and glue included — no extra supplies needed. A few minutes of simple assembly and it's ready for the work surface. Two crown opening sizes (plus solid-bottom options) to cover different hat blanks without switching systems. Jig Option A (compact): approx 390mm x 390mm x 160mm. Crown opening (top): ~206mm x 176mm. Underside opening for larger crowns: ~225mm x 196mm. Color is natural wood or white, depending on material availability — not a customer choice.
